Terri Bozkaya has a solo practice focused entirely on the in-house legal needs of small and mid-sized companies. With over 25 years of experience as a corporate attorney and executive, she offers “general counsel” expertise to organizations that desire the benefit of having legal counsel involved in day-to-day business operations without the expense of having a full-time employed attorney on staff. Terri is licensed in Alaska, Washington, and Tennessee. She has served organizations with both government contracting and commercial business, and has spent 20 years working within and for Alaska Native Corporations.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Terri has a B.A. in psychology from Tennessee State University and a J.D. from the Nashville School of Law.
